Bio:

B.A. Fine Arts - Indiana University, B.S. UNCG- Interior Architecture, magna cum laude HUB, LEED GA, Biophilic principles of interior architecture, creative consulting, Living Aura Art installations to develop human-centered environments. A multi-discipline Human-centered collaborative firm with a core focus on creating holistic designed spaces, products and services that promote Wellness in the built environment. Include custom art commissions, wellness products, specifications, FFE.

How did you first learn about architecture and when did you decide that built environment profession was an area of interest for you?

My father wanted to be an architect - he passed away in 2004 without being able to achieve his dream, His granddaughter, my daughter achieved her Masters of Architecture Degree and was licensed without knowing his wish.

What do you do?

Designer, Interior Architect, Arts advocate for underserved communities. Resilient and a continuous learner. Career has expanded across many occupations. My passion is to create and problem solve, key elements of architecture/design.

What excites you in the work you do? 

The endless possibilities of design and how mental wellness can be affected by our environment. Creating spaces that we want to occupy can inspire, improve creativity, production and wellness.

What is your proudest professional accomplishment or achievement?

Resilient and a continuous learner. Career has expanded across many occupations. My passion is to create, and problem solve, key elements of architecture/design. Adding Public Art to my capabilities.
