Bio:
Joshua Muyambo is an Australian Architect with 15 years’ experience across multi-disciplinary practice. Born in Zimbabwe, he moved to Australia to study architecture at Deakin University. Joshua’s key experience ranges from mixed-use multi residential developments, through to commercial, retail and hospitality project typologies. Joshua is passionate about producing design and built outcomes that not only aesthetically meet the needs of his clients, that surpass all stakeholder expectations.

Parc Vue, Bundoora is an 8 level mixed use development consisting of 407 Apartments over 3 stages> With a total of 6 buildings on the site, the uses also include retail, food and drink premises and an entertainment area. The 13,000m2 site abuts 2 very distinct landscaped areas. The South East boundary faces Plenty road which is a very busy interface whilst the North and North west face Bundoora park which in itself is very subdued and calm.
