Located on Toronto’s naturalized waterfront, Ookwemin Minising transforms an industrial precinct into a vibrant, mixed-use community. The master plan uses an "Open Block" structure-varying heights, centralizing density, and leaving gaps between buildings to ensure a sunlit, human-scaled streetscape.
