How did you first learn about architecture and when did you decide that built environment profession was an area of interest for you?

My background and early education come from experiencing cities and buildings all over the United States and Europe. I remember walking into a museum and experiencing the space and feeling inspired how buildings served as sculptures you inhabit.

What do you do?

I am a project manager. I build our firm’s Regional Airport and Aerospace portfolios allowing me to work on all types of projects. I create an environment which fosters collaboration, mentorship and innovation for my team and clients.

What excites you in the work you do?

I’m excited about innovative ideas and seeing them realized in the built environment. It is so much fun to come home and tell my two little boys about my day where I get to work with astronauts, fire fighters and airplanes.
