Amber Buscarello, AIA, is a project architect and a member of the Higher Education Sector. Her areas of expertise include programming and the design of instructional and laboratory facilities for colleges and universities. How did you first learn about architecture and when did you decide that built environment profession was an area of interest for you?

Each of my grandparents taught me how to draw and paint. At TTU, I was exposed to many elements of design. In college, I was able to study abroad which started my allure for travel and understanding different cultures.

What do you do?

My role as a Project Architect at Parkhill means that I help to coordinate the entire project team including all engineering disciplines to meet deadline goals and fulfill the wishes and needs of our clients.

What excites you in the work you do?

I am excited by the engagement I have with clients, and the goal to help see their vision in built form.
